The City of Fairfield Bay is located in North Central Arkansas in the Ozark Mountains on Greers Ferry Lake. We are a Lake Resort/Retirement Community with a population of 2,108 as of the 2020 Census report. The city has won numerous awards for Quality of Life, Green Initiative, City of Distinction, Volunteer Community of the Year and Safest City in Arkansas.
